License Renewal

Licenses automatically renew each year unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. To access updates, support, and product downloads, you must maintain an active and valid license key.

Software Updates

As long as your license remains active, you will receive updates for your purchased products. If your license key is valid and your product supports automatic updates, updates will be delivered directly via the WordPress dashboard. For products that do not support automatic updates, the latest versions can be downloaded from the “Licenses & Downloads” section in your account area on our website.

Support Services

Support is available for products with a valid license key throughout the license period. If your license expires and you require support, you will need to renew your license or purchase a new one for the specific product.

Please note that support is limited to the website where the license key has been activated.
